At Holmes we have many opportunities for your children to grow in faith with us! We gladly welcome children to worship with us, and we offer them their own special lesson as part of our service. After their time with the pastor, children may either stay with us for the remainder of worship or depart for more educational activities with our parental volunteers. A nursery is also available for our youngest guests.
During our program year we offer Sunday school for children and adults in the Rosebro Building next to the church at 10am. During Sunday school, children learn about the Triune God, the stories of the Bible, the major celebrations of the church year, and the ways they can show their love for God and neighbor. They also engage fun projects to reenforce their lessons. Throughout the year, children are also invited to participate in special events like our annual Christmas pageant, Easter egg hunt, and Halloween costume party.
